Safeguarding
Safeguarding Children
Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Your child’s welfare is of paramount importance to us. It is our statutory duty of care to safeguard your child/children. We will also seek external support if we have any concerns about your child and, in some instances, this may mean that we consult with other agencies even before we contact you.
If you have concerns about the safety of a child or the safety and well-being of yourself, speak to one of our school safeguarding team.
- Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Mr Tehan
- Deputy Designated Safeguarding Leads (DDSL's) Mrs Keating, Mrs Baker & Mrs Dowling.
- Safeguarding Link Governor Mr Noone
If you are not happy with their decision, you need to make this clear to them. If you are still not happy, then it is your responsibility to contact Children’s Advice Support Service (CASS).
Remember, in an emergency or if you have an immediate concern, phone the police on 999
